I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the invaluable services you provided with regard to our rental property in Manassas. When we realized that our property had been abandoned and then trashed we were just devastated. Being across the country in California certainly did not make it easy for us even to know where to begin to get things put right. Our realtor recommended we get in touch with you and are glad we did.

You were just terrific in taking charge of everything, recommending a fast-acting attorney to work on the case and getting estimates for repair work, painting and carpeting so quickly that work was able to be started within a couple of weeks and the house was in rentable condition again very quickly. You were always on the phone, keeping me up to date with whatever was happening and making suggestions on how to save money with purchasing the repossessed appliances rather than go for new ones. The savings were incredible!

I really don't know what we would have done without your knowledge and expertise. I'd still be making phone calls to all sorts of people and getting nowhere fast -- and running up a very large phone bill in the process. As it was, you took care of everything, even handling meeting with the insurance claims inspector that went above and beyond. So I just want to say a great big thank you and if anyone wants a recommendation on what services you provide, I would be more than happy to talk to anyone.

You were terrific and a great person to work with too!
