Membership

     The Junior Woman's Club always welcomes new members. If you have a willingness to serve our community, and would like to be part of a dynamic and diverse group of women, the Manassas Junior Woman's Club could be for you. If you are interested in joining the Juniors or seeing what we are all about, please join us at one of our regular general meetings at Trinity Episcopal Church.

General Information

Our general meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month (excluding July and August) at 7:30 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Olde Town Manassas. Our Junior Board Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month (excluding July) at 7:30 p.m. at a board member's home. The annual dues for the Manassas Junior Woman's Club are $40.00.

Obligations of an Active Member:

1. Must attend a minimum of six general or board meetings in a club year and may not miss three consecutive months.
2. Must pay annual dues by the second meeting of each club year.
3. Must serve on one department and one committee and try to attend all the meetings.
4. Shall be expected to perform assigned responsibilities or get a substitute if unable to perform such responsibilities.

1. Must attend a general club meeting as a guest prior to beginning prospective membership.
2. Must attend three general club meetings.
3. Must attend one club orientation meeting.

Once the prospective member has met membership requirements, she has voting rights. Formal installation of new members is held twice a year (January and June) for those completing the requirements of prospective membership.
