The OCCS Mission and Philosophy
We at Occoquan Swimming believe that we can instill a love for the sport of swimming in all of our swimmers. We strive for this by empowering our swimmers to discover their talents through active involvement in the learning and goal setting processes. This is done at all levels, whether they are learning to streamline or striving for the "Gold". The coaches take an active part in their swimmers' lives, understanding and accepting the dual role of coach and role model. OCCS truly believes that you can Swim Fast and Have Fun!
