PWCB fosters music education in area schools while enhancing community appreciation of the unique concert band sound and literature. Quality performances are volunteered by community musicians ranging from active and retired professional musicians and educators to skilled amateurs fresh out of high school.
For audiences of all ages, PWCB members share their love of the spine-tingling inspiration in brass, woodwind, and percussion instrumental music. From spirited marches to enduring melodies to thought-provoking compositions epitomizing historical and contemporary life, this band music is truly for everyone.
The image above shows the PWCB at the 2002 Manassas Fall Jubilee, where we played patriotic crowd pleasers to one of our best audiences ever.
We would appreciate your donations. Yes our concerts are free, but we do incur costs to provide you with the best music we can. We would also like to hear from you. If you have any comments, please drop us an email at:
Thank you for your patronage and we hope to see you at our next concert.
