 Woodbridge Youth Chorale Board meetings are held regularly throughout the season.  Parent meetings are held occasionally throughout the season, and at least one parent/guardian of each member is expected to be in attendance.  These meetings are generally held during the regular rehearsal time, and advance notice will be sent to each family.  Although the board membership takes care of WYC business, parent participation is necessary for an efficiently run community organization.  At a minimum, each family will be asked to volunteer for at least one committee/chorale function per season.  You will be contacted by a WYC board member, or you may sign the volunteer sheets made available at the first Parent Meeting.

In order to keep costs at a minimum, the Woodbridge Youth Chorale is attempting to rely on electronic communication for its regular newsletter and parent notifications.  However, we realize not everyone has a computer at their convenience, or that there are some who are unable to check their electronic mail on a regular basis.  For those families that find it necessary to have hard-copy newsletters or phone notification, please notify the General Manager of your circumstances.  Otherwise, newsletters and general communications will be distributed to your email address.  Please check your email frequently, especially when a performance date approaches.
